Stonebrook Farm is nestled in the old German farming community of Rehburg, amid the
rolling hills of Texas, famous for their scenic beauty. This is still a working farm which
we share with cattle, four red mules, two yellow Labs, wild ducks, whitetail deer, and our
neighbor's flock of guineas!
Penny, Max, and Matilda will greet you at
the front gate...
(Bonnie didn't want to be photographed)
And Beretta and Mesa will meet you at the
front door....
Willkommen!
Built in the early 1900's, Grandma's old farmhouse is still in its 'original' form within the present walls of
the newer Stonebrook Farmhouse. After retiring from the Texas A&M community in College Station, we
began renovations by moving the old house off her site while a new foundation was laid and then moving
the old gal back. During construction, we added the upstairs guest quarters for our friends who also enjoy
our simple country life and an opportunity to commune with nature......
